Bug Reports & Feedback

Found a document that did not convert correctly, or have an idea for a feature? Send us an email with details about the issue. If reporting a bug, please include:

  • The type of document you were converting (paystub, W-2, 1099, etc.)
  • What you expected vs. what happened
  • Your browser name and version

Do not attach your actual financial documents. We will never ask you to send sensitive files via email.
